Preparing Computer for Remote DBX Access


In order to have the sound system re-adjusted through remote access by one of our technicians, the client needs to have it properly prepared by following the steps below:

1 - Have a Windows based computer with one Ethernet port connection available.

2 - Download DBX ZonePro Designer GUI app from this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sh2dm8fkk1t0sa0/ZonePRO_Designer_3.2_Setup.exe?dl=0

3- Install DBX ZonePro Designer GUI app on your computer

IMPORTANT: If you start to install the DBX ZonePro Designer GUI and get a message asking for "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2", please download it and install it from this link before moving forward: https://www.dropbox.com/s/k1b5e2cvmgmeq6u/NetFx20SP2_x86.exe?dl=0


4 - Locate your ZonePro Processor in your A/V Rack:






5 - Reach out to the back of the rack and have an Ethernet cable attached from the ZonePro's Ethernet Port to your computer's Ethernet Port:






6 - Follow the MAE TeamViewer Guide (PDF attached)

7 - Schedule a remote session with a MAE Customer Service Technician using the portal below.
