Sennheiser Repair Procedure

Sennheiser Repair Procedure

*****SENNHEISER REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS*****

You have a two year warranty with Sennheiser for your headset microphones and a one year warranty for your bodypack transmitter- this is the information you will need to process the warranties…

Also, please double check with your trainers that they are being gentle with the headset, specifically where the connector enters the bodypack- this will prolong the life of your headset! They should not wrap the cord around the bodypack, put the bodypack in their pockets, even wearing it on their belt- behind their back- could damage the connector area when they bend over to exercise demonstrations, etc... The best results we have seen in keeping the headset safe are when a pouch/ fanny bodypack is used to keep the bodypack free and safe from harm.

Here is the information you need to send your headset(s) in for replacement:

For returning your broken headset microphone(s):

If you go to Sennheiser USA's website, follow the support and service link, they will give you an RA # and mailing label. It usually takes about 3 weeks to get the new headset. Enclose a copy of your sales receipt and ship the broken headsets to them! They are a great company and it is rare that they refuse to exchange anything.
