*When installing the software for the first time you will be given several tutorial pop-ups that may look slightly different than the images used in this guide. Please just complete the basic questions / tutorial upon installing.
Step 2: On the home screen of the App, click the plus sign in the center of the screen
Step 3: Either Scan the QR code above or select the manual option and enter the product ID above.
Step 4: Enter your ID and password as seen above.
Step 5: Select the channels you wish to add to your device and click OK.
The camera system should be thought of as streaming movies as it relates to data usage.
To download Wisenet Viewer, a software designed for managing and viewing surveillance footage from Wisenet cameras, you can follow these steps:
1. Visit the official Hanwha Techwin website: Go to https://hanwhavisionamerica.com/product/wisenet-viewer/
2. Locate the download option under the download tab.
3. Choose the appropriate version: Determine the version of Wisenet Viewer that is compatible with your operating system. Look for options like Windows, macOS, or Linux, and select the appropriate version accordingly.
4. Once you download the program, you’ll want to extract the file. To Extract that file, locate the downloaded file, right click it to bring up the drop down menu, and select ‘Extract All.’
5. Follow the onscreen instructions and install the wisenet application.
6. Upon completion of the application, it’ll either open automatically, or you’ll have to open the app simply by clicking the icon.
7. Once the app is opened, you’ll be greeted to set up a new administrator password. Note: this is not the same password you use to login into your system. We recommended creating a password that is both strong but easy to remember.
8. Next, you’ll be greeted to the home screen of the App. click the ‘Register’ icon (pictured below), and select ‘DDNS & P2P register.’
9. Enter your Product ID, ID (username), Password, and click ‘Register.’
10. If successful, your camera group should arrive under the root groups.
